Conferences for up to 1700 can easily be conducted in the opulent, column-free ballroom, which is divisible into five separate sections. The executive ballrooms are ideal for smaller gatherings from ten people. Facilities for teleconferencing are also available on request.

The Convention Centre is conveniently located on the lower level of the building; this makes it very practical for circulation and security. Due to the layout of the space, various events can take place simultaneously, yet each one maintaining its privacy.
